Healthy ranges to check yourself against
These are the bands we see most often across audited US accounts. Yours will shift with your margin, price point, and country — so treat these as a sanity check, not a target to copy. For numbers tuned to your business type, use the CPM and ROAS benchmark tools.

| CPM (cost per 1,000 views) | $10 – $60 | If this climbs too high, scaling gets hard no matter how good your funnel is. |
| 3-second video view rate | 20% – 35% | How many people stop to watch. Below 15% means a weak hook. |
| Outbound CTR (clicks ÷ views) | 0.7% – 1.4% | Predicts your click cost. Lower for high-priced products, higher for impulse buys. |
| CPC (cost per link click) | $1 – $2.50 | Cheap clicks mean nothing if the landing page is slow or off-message. |
| Landing-page view rate | 65% – 85% | Of people who click, how many actually load the page. Below 55% = slow site or junk traffic. |
| Add-to-cart rate | 2% – 6% | Tests whether your product, price, and page actually line up. |
| Conversion rate (purchase ÷ visit) | 0.8% – 1.8% | The final health check on your whole funnel. |
| Cost per lead (lead-gen) | $30 – $120 | Meaningless on its own — pair it with a lead-quality check. |
| Break-even ROAS | 1 ÷ your gross margin | Not a benchmark, it's math. A 40% margin breaks even at 2.5x. |
| Blended MER (all sales ÷ all ad spend) | 2x – 4x | Keeps platform-reported ROAS honest once you scale. |
| LTV : CAC | 3 : 1 or better | Below this, growth quietly burns cash. |
