Privacy Policy
Plain English. No tricks. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

The 30-second version
- ✓We collect your name, email, and brand URL when you ask for a Quick Scan. That is it.
- ✓We use that info to deliver your audit and reply to you. We do not sell it.
- ✓You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@btbaudits.com.
- ✓We do not need access to your ad account for the free Quick Scan.
1. Who we are
BTB Audits (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a paid ads audit service run by Aditya Chaturvedi. We are based in India and work with clients worldwide. Our website is www.btbaudits.com. You can reach us at hello@btbaudits.com.
2. What we collect
We collect three kinds of information:
a) Info you give us through the Quick Scan form
Your name, your email, your brand website, and the drop-down answer about your business type. You hand this over when you ask for a free audit.
b) Info you give us when you become a paying client
Billing details (handled by our payment processor), and sometimes read-only access to your ad accounts so we can run a deeper audit. You stay in control: read-only means we cannot change anything. You can revoke access at any time.
c) Info your browser sends automatically
IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs this for security and to keep the site running. We do not use it to identify you personally.
3. Why we collect it
- To deliver the audit you asked for.
- To reply to your messages.
- To send you the audit video and any follow-up notes related to your request.
- To improve the site (which pages are slow, which links are broken).
- To meet legal duties (for example, keeping invoice records for tax).
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for marketing. We do not run remarketing or behavioral ad pixels that follow you around the web.
4. Who sees your data
A few trusted service providers help us run the business. Each one only sees the part of your data they need:

| Meta and Google | Only when you give us read-only access to your ad accounts as part of a paid plan. |
| Google Ads | If you arrive from one of our Google ads, a conversion cookie tells us that ad led to your Quick Scan request. It measures ad performance only — no cross-site profiling. |
We will update this list if we add tools. Beyond the Google Ads conversion measurement above, we do not run remarketing or audience-building pixels.
5. Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. Our hosting provider sets a few to keep the site secure (for example, to block bots). If you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google Ads conversion tracking sets a cookie so we can tell which ad led to a Quick Scan request. We use this only to measure whether our ads work — not to build a profile of you or follow you across the web. You can opt out any time through your Google ad settings. If you are in the EU or UK, we ask for your consent before setting this cookie, as the law requires.
6. How long we keep your data
- Quick Scan form submissions: up to 24 months, so we can follow up if you ever ask us to.
- Email replies: kept for as long as the conversation is active, then archived.
- Invoices and billing records: 7 years, to meet tax law.
- Server logs: rotated by our hosting provider, usually within 30 days.
7. Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Show you what data we hold about you.
- Correct something that is wrong.
- Delete your data.
- Stop using your data for any purpose.
- Send your data to you in a portable format.
Email hello@btbaudits.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you live in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you live in California, you have the same rights under the CCPA, and we do not sell your personal information.
8. How we protect your data
The site runs over HTTPS. Form data is encrypted in transit. Payment data is handled by our payment processor and never touches our servers. Access to your account audit data is limited to Aditya and any contractor under a written confidentiality agreement.
9. Children
This site is for business owners and marketers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of the page. If the change is big (for example, we add a new tracking tool), we will email Quick Scan subscribers to let them know.
