Terms of Service

The rules of the road. Short. Honest. Written so a human can read them.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and BTB Audits (“we”, “us”), a paid ads audit service run by Aditya Chaturvedi, based in India. By using www.btbaudits.com or buying any of our services, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What we offer

Free Quick Scan

A private video review of your public ads and landing page. Delivered within 48 hours of submitting the form. No payment, no account access, no contract.

Full Forensic Report ($499)

A deeper paid audit. Read-only access to your Meta and Google ad accounts, creative review, landing page review, competitor scan, prioritised plan, and a 60-minute strategy call.

Forensic + Implementation ($2,499)

Everything in the Forensic Report plus 4 weeks of implementation monitoring: 3 bottleneck calls, priority email support, and review of changes before they go live.

3. What we are not

  • We are not an ad agency.
  • We do not manage your ad spend.
  • We do not place, edit, pause, or scale your ads. You or your team do that.
  • We do not guarantee any specific revenue, ROAS, CPA, or growth result. Ads depend on offer, market, creative, and a hundred other things we do not control.

4. Your part of the deal

When you use the service, you agree to:

  • Give us truthful information about your business, ads, and goals.
  • Only share ad accounts you own or have permission to share.
  • Not resell our audit, video, or written report as your own work. You can use the findings inside your business however you want.
  • Not use the service for anything illegal or against Meta’s or Google’s ad policies.

5. Payment

  • Paid plans are billed upfront in US dollars through our payment processor.
  • All prices are exclusive of any taxes you may owe in your country.
  • We start work after payment clears. Most reports are delivered within 7 business days of getting account access.

6. Refunds and guarantees

Quick Scan guarantee

If our Quick Scan does not show you at least 3 things you did not already know about your ads, we send you $50. Just reply to the audit email and say so. We will not argue.

Paid plan refund

If you put our top 3 recommendations into action for 60 days and your ad numbers (CPA, ROAS, or CTR) do not improve, email us with proof and we refund the full price. You keep the audit and everything else.

Refunds are processed within 14 days back to the original payment method. Beyond these guarantees, we do not offer refunds for work already delivered.

7. Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your business, ads, numbers, or strategy stays private. We do not name you in case studies without your written approval. If we ever quote a result, we ask first. You can also ask us to sign a written NDA before a paid engagement.

8. Who owns what

The site, the audit framework, the report templates, the scoring system, and the brand are ours. You get a personal license to use the findings inside your business however you want, forever.

Anything you share with us (your ads, your data, your numbers) stays yours.

9. Disclaimers

We do our best work on every audit. But ads are not magic and we are not a crystal ball. The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise:

  • That you will make more money.
  • That your ads will be approved by Meta or Google.
  • That every recommendation will work for every account.
  • That the site or service will be available without any downtime.

10. Our limits

If something goes wrong and we are at fault, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, lost-profit, or consequential losses, even if we were told they were possible. Some of these limits may not apply in your country.

11. Ending the relationship

You can stop using the service at any time. We can stop serving you if you break these terms, behave abusively, or ask us to do something illegal. If we end a paid engagement for any of these reasons, no refund is owed. If we end it for any other reason, we refund the unused portion.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of our home jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away any rights you have as a consumer in your own country.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date. If the change is big, we will email active clients. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
